- I was having the same issue. Go to the search area on your iPhone and type in game pigeon. Tap it and it should should this message. From here, go to the App Store to see if it has downloaded.
If you have downloaded Game Pigeon and you can’t access or play games, simply follow these steps. Open any message thread on iMessage and at the bottom left, tap the 4 dots. Once you do this, you should see the game. Select your game of choice and an invite will be sent to your friend. Log back in from the same part of Settings and more often than not, the broken app will be gone, allowing you to start the download again. If the other steps don’t work, your best bet is to plug your iPhone into a computer and launch iTunes. Find and install the app via the iTunes app search and then sync your device.

So my game pigeon isn't working for me. I have been able to use it in the past but today and yesterday it won't let me. I have restarted my phone and I have storage on my phone. Expand the Game Options menu. If the tab reads Installing, restart the launcher. When the tab says Updating, click Cancel. The Game Options tab now should include Repair. Click Repair and wait for it to finish. The repair process will go through a loop of verify, download, and verify again until all files are repaired. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. Steam.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vender for support.

- Select the first result and tap Install then wait until the installation completes
- Open any new messages thread on iMessage
- Tap the Appstore icon at the bottom then select your preferred game
- Tap Start to play GamePigeon with your friends
When looking for games to play over text, you need to have a recipient on the other end who will be the player 2. You can also play around with GamePigeon settings to customize the app to your liking.

Starting a game on iMessage is in every sense similar to the procedure I have provided above. Enter iMessage and Select the AppStore then choose your preferred game and tap to install. Once it is installed, tap the iMessage AppStore once more and select the game you’ve just installed. That’s it!
